Practical guides for running it without guessing.

From the first administrator login to the club's full routine: short guides, written in the order the operation actually happens — for the pro shop, the tournament organiser and the greenkeeper.

First steps: from login to the first booking

Five steps, in this order, get the club ready to operate. Each one depends on the last — configure the course before the members, the members before the tee sheet.

Featured guideAbout a 10-minute read · for the club administrator
  1. ( 01 )

    Get administrator access

The club nominates a first administrator, who receives the invitation by email and sets their own password. They invite the rest of the team — pro shop, organisers, greenkeeper — each with their own permission level.

  2. ( 02 )

    Configure course, tees and ratings

Enter the holes with par and stroke index, the club's tees and the course and slope rating for each. This configuration feeds the handicap calculation and every scorecard — worth checking carefully before moving on.

  3. ( 03 )

    Import the members

Download the spreadsheet template, fill in each member's name, category and email — plus their current index, if they have one — and import it in one go. The platform flags problem rows before saving: nothing goes in half done.

  4. ( 04 )

    Open the tee sheet

Set the interval between starts, the opening hours for each day of the week and the windows reserved for maintenance. Once the sheet is published, members can book from the app.

  5. ( 05 )

    Make a test booking

Before announcing it to the club, book a slot yourself, mark a dummy card and cancel the booking. Ten minutes of testing removes most of the first week's questions.
