The whole tournament, with no pile of paper.

Entries, draws, starting times, live scoring and the official result in one place — so tournament day is about golf, not about clipboards, spreadsheets and checking totals at midnight.

( 02 )The big day, paperless

A Saturday tournament, hour by hour

How a competition day runs when the system handles the admin — and the organiser handles the part only they can do.

  1. 7am

Check-in from the app, no clipboard

Every player confirms on their own phone as they arrive. The list fills itself, the organiser sees who's missing in real time — and the registration desk becomes a good morning.

  2. 8am

    Simultaneous starts, all on time

Shotgun, or off the 1st and the 10th: every group knows its hole and its time from the app. Nobody wanders the putting green with a sheet of paper looking for their flight.

  3. 12pm

    Live leaderboard in the clubhouse

Cards marked out on the course feed the board in real time. Whoever has finished follows it from the restaurant, whoever stayed home follows it on a phone — the tournament gets an audience.

  4. 5pm

    Official results before the prize-giving

The last group posts, tie-breaks run on the configured criterion and the standings close on screen. The prize-giving starts on time — not two hours and three recounts later.

( 03 )Before the tournament

The invisible work, without the all-nighter

A good tournament is decided weeks before the first drive. The three fronts that currently eat evenings of spreadsheet work, handled on the platform.

Entries online

Places, flights and the deadline set once — the platform handles the rest. The entry list is always current, with no reconciling email, WhatsApp and a note on the board.

Message everyone at once

A change of time, a local rule, a course notice: one message reaches every entrant at once, inside the platform — instead of a chain of phone calls.

Draws in minutes

Flights built from the entries and current handicaps. What used to take an evening takes minutes — and redoing it costs a click, not another evening.

( 04 )During and after

While the ball is in the air

From the first drive to the prize-giving — and into the archive. What the platform holds while the organiser watches the tournament they built.

  • Official live scoring

The same digital scorecard the group marks out on the course feeds the tournament board — no parallel system, nothing re-typed between the green and the big screen.

  • Automatic tie-breaks

The criterion is set before the first start — last 9, last 6, last 3 — and applied by the platform. Ties are resolved on screen, not in an argument at the pro shop.

  • Archived history

Results, cards and standings are recorded per edition, and every valid card updates the players' handicaps. Next year's tournament starts from what this one taught.

  • Cards start on the Digital Scorecard and update the Handicap System — the tournament talks to the rest of the platform on its own.

( 05 )The module behind it

All of this lives in Tournament Pro

Entries, draws, formats, live scoring and results in one flow — the module that takes a tournament from invitation to podium without a spreadsheet on the way.

Connected to the course calendar and to the players' indexes — see the whole platform on the home page.
