The whole course, on one board.

Tee sheet, maintenance windows and occupancy live in three places that don't talk to each other today — a spreadsheet, a radio and a noticeboard. Fairway Management puts them on one screen, for the manager and the greenkeeper alike.

( 02 )The board

Three sources of truth become one

The board the pro shop uses to book is the same one the grounds team uses to schedule — which is why neither is ever surprised again.

  • Tee sheet and occupancy together

Every slot shows who is going out and how much of the course is taken — on the same screen the pro shop books from.

  • Maintenance on the same calendar

Work windows sit alongside the starting times. The conflict you currently discover on the tee becomes impossible to create.

  • A history that guides

The pattern of occupancy by day and hour is recorded — and starts guiding both scheduling and maintenance decisions.

A logged window blocks the tee sheet

Aeration scheduled means starts blocked — automatically, at that same moment. And anyone holding a booking inside the window hears about it in the app, ahead of time, not on the tee.

The end of the club's worst phone call: the group that turned up to play and found the green closed. The system won't let a booking and a tractor take the same hole at the same hour.

( 04 )Course log

The course's memory leaves the notebook

Everything the team does out on the course becomes a record you can look up — and the condition of each hole stops depending on who was on shift.

  • Mowing

Greens, fairways and roughs logged with date and height — the course's presentation becomes a record, not a recollection.

  • Aeration

Scheduled ahead, with the tee sheet blocked automatically and the recovery window visible to the whole club.

  • Irrigation

Sectors and days logged in the same place — so what is decided from memory today gets decided on evidence.

  • Conditions by hole

Green, bunker and fairway noted hole by hole, visible to the pro shop and to the board.

  • Incidents

Damage and surprises logged on the spot and tracked to resolution — nothing lost between shifts.
